本機(jī)應(yīng)用于50-300kg的液體桶包裝而設(shè)計(jì)的智能化包裝系統(tǒng)，灌裝主機(jī)部分采用不銹鋼環(huán)保外框，可視窗，自動(dòng)移門(mén)，灌裝時(shí)為封閉式；整條線自動(dòng)完成進(jìn)桶、移門(mén)開(kāi)、關(guān)，自動(dòng)識(shí)別桶口、自動(dòng)對(duì)準(zhǔn)桶口、自動(dòng)開(kāi)蓋、自動(dòng)灌裝、灌裝結(jié)束自動(dòng)旋蓋。本機(jī)采用可編程控制器（PLC）進(jìn)行控制，觸摸屏操作，具有操作方便，生產(chǎn)效率高，適用范圍廣等特點(diǎn)；本機(jī)電氣控制部分則由PLC可編程控制器，變頻調(diào)速器等組成，控制能力強(qiáng)，自動(dòng)化程度高，無(wú)桶不灌裝，對(duì)不準(zhǔn)桶口不管裝等功能，避免了物料的浪費(fèi)和污染，使機(jī)器的機(jī)電一體化 得到了很好的表現(xiàn)。

▼本機(jī)特點(diǎn)：

灌裝時(shí)分大小流量分時(shí)二次灌裝，保證灌裝速度和精度，灌裝時(shí)灌裝頭插入桶口進(jìn)行液位上灌裝。每批次物料灌裝結(jié)束后管道內(nèi)剩余的物料通過(guò)吹掃進(jìn)入灌裝容器內(nèi)，待第二次灌裝時(shí)桶內(nèi)的物料繼續(xù)使用。灌裝堵頭固定方式確保在控制灌裝頭開(kāi)合的氣缸上安裝有檢測(cè)開(kāi)關(guān)，灌裝頭完全關(guān)閉前，槍頭不提升至桶外，避免物料噴灑至桶外。灌裝頭額外設(shè)計(jì)有接料盤(pán)，灌裝結(jié)束后，接料盤(pán)伸出，防止灌裝頭滴落液體污染包裝物和輸送線體。稱(chēng)重系統(tǒng)采用高精度稱(chēng)重儀表，確保灌裝精度的同時(shí)增加結(jié)構(gòu)和運(yùn)營(yíng)的穩(wěn)定性，此外該系統(tǒng)具有防腐蝕、防過(guò)載保護(hù)裝置。

稱(chēng)重系統(tǒng)通過(guò)高精度稱(chēng)重儀表控制精度，并且小流量的精度可微調(diào)。灌裝槍頭有頂壓桶面的過(guò)載保護(hù)。具備觸碰桶口邊緣而導(dǎo)致偏差的保護(hù)，在不影響計(jì)量的前提下可繼續(xù)灌裝，當(dāng)影響計(jì)量的數(shù)值超過(guò)設(shè)定值時(shí)，會(huì)有報(bào)警保護(hù)，可選擇繼續(xù)灌裝或人工干預(yù)。氣管以及下料頭密封件等均采用聚四氟乙烯材質(zhì)。灌裝閥所有需清潔部分可以拆開(kāi)清洗，清洗工作簡(jiǎn)單。

The main machine part of the filling adopts a stainless steel environmental protection frame, with a window, automatic sliding door, and a closed type during filling; the entire line automatically completes the drum. The sliding door opens and closes, automatic identification of the drum mouth, automatic alignment of the drum mouth, automatic cap opening, automatic filling, and automatic capping at the end of filling. 

This machine adopts programmable logic controller (PLC) for control and touch screen operation. It has the characteristics of convenient operation, high production efficiency and wide application range; the electrical control part of this machine is composed of PLC programmable controller, frequency conversion speed controller, etc. It has strong control ability, high degree of automation, special device, no drums, no filling, and inaccurate drum mouth regardless of the functions, avoiding the waste and pollution of materials, so that the mechanical and electrical integration of the machine has a perfect performance. The filling time is divided into large and small flow and time-sharing secondary filling to ensure the filling speed and accuracy. When filling, the filling head is inserted into the mouth of the drum to fill at the liquid level. 

After the filling of each batch of materials, the remaining materials in the pipeline are purged into the filling container, and the materials in the drum will continue to be used during the second filling. The unique fixing method of the filling plug ensures that a detection switch is installed on the cylinder that controls the opening and closing of the filling head. Before the filling head is completely closed, the gun head will not be lifted out of the drum to prevent the material from being sprayed out of the drum The filling head is additionally designed with a receiving tray. After the filling is completed, the leakage tray extends to prevent the liquid from the filling head from contaminating the packaging and the conveying line. The weighing system uses high-precision weighing instruments and Toledo weighing sensors to ensure filling accuracy while increasing the stability of structure and operation. In addition, the system has anti-corrosion and anti-overload protection devices. The sensor is IP68 protection, and the sensor is easy to install, disassemble and repair. The accuracy of the weighing system is controlled by a high-precision weighing instrument, and the accuracy of a small flow can be fine-tuned. 

The filling gun head has overload protection against the drum surface. With protection against deviation caused by touching the edge of the drum mouth, filling can be continued without affecting the measurement. When the value that affects the measurement exceeds the set value, there will be alarm protection, and you can choose to continue filling or manual intervention. The air pipe and the sealing parts of the discharging head are made of polytetrafluoroethylene. All parts of the filling valve that need to be cleaned can be disassembled and cleaned, and all cleaning tasks are simple.
